“Ice, Institutions And The Haunting Of Mt. Sac” is an exhibit of black-and-white photographic works from professor, author and photographer Michael Gougis, on display at the Claremont Forum in the month of December. The Claremont resident is a renowned motorsports photographer and a professor of writing, journalism, media and communication studies. Gougis' black and white renditions explore textures and patterns in images he captures of objects and scenes mundane and sweeping, and they memorialize the thoughts and emotions these images evoke.
