By submitting your application, you are requesting permission to sell at the Claremont Farmers and Artisan’s Market. By submitting your application you are agreeing to abide by the rules of the market, Department of Environmental Health and Department of Food and Agriculture. Your application will be reviewed for approval by manager and The Claremont Forum’s Board of Directors.

  • Farmer’s please include a copy of Produer’s/Growers Certificate. (JPG or PDF File Format only)
  • Food vendors please include a copy of your Health Department Permit. (JPG or PDF File Format only)
  • Artist please include a copy of your Resellers License. (JPG or PDF File Format only)
  • Non-Profit Organizations please uplaod a copy of your Letter of Determination or 501c3 status. (JPG or PDF File Format only)
