Just send your request to Prison Library Project c/o The Claremont Forum
      915-C W. Foothill Blvd, PMB 128
      Claremont, CA 91711

There is no need to include stamps, please be sure to list your inmate number and full address of your institution. Also let us know what types of books you are interested in. Not all prisons allow us to send books, so you might want to check to make sure the institution will accept books on your son’s behalf. Thanks, sorry for the delay in replying!
