Parking


  1. BulletThree-hour parking is available in six lots throughout the Village, with additional three-hour parking available in the parking structure located on the southwest corner of College Avenue and First Street.


  1. Bullet Most on-street parking near storefronts is two-hour parking.


  1. Bullet All-day parking is available at the public parking lots located west of Indian Hill at First Street, at the Metrolink parking lot east of College Avenue, and on the streets specified on the map above.


  1. Bullet All-day parking for merchants and their employee is also available at the corner of Bonita Avenue and Grinnell Drive, west of Indian Hill.


  1. BulletIMPORTANT NOTE: Time limits are strictly enforced. Fines increase with multiple violations of time limited parking restrictions.


For the Packing House

Parking is available on First Street as well as in the adjacent Parking Structure. Parking is also available in the Packing House parking structure (Located underneath the Packing House) which is located on Cornell Ave. (on the west side of the Packing House.)


For Wednesday Night Green Market

Indian Hill to First Street, travel west on First. Park in the Parking Structure at First Street and Oberlin (next to the Packing House). Additional Parking in the Packing House Basement (south on Cornell from Bonita) Please note that vehicles parked in neighborhoods west of the Cornell may be ticketed or towed.


For the Sunday Farmers & Artisans Market

Parking is available in the Parking Structure and throughout the Claremont Village (Second Avenue is closed to traffic and parking).
